Chen Yu, a former employee of our company’s Marketing Department, has been disciplined by the company for violating company regulations. The original power of attorney issued to him is hereby revoked. Effective immediately, any contract entered into by him in any capacity on behalf of Liuliu Vision shall be deemed null and void, and he shall bear full responsibility for all consequences arising therefrom.
