[Corporate News] Welcoming the New Year with Heart, Building Warmth Together

The chimes of the New Year have already echoed in our ears, and the wheel of time has once again left a deep mark behind us. On January 22, the Technology Center’s New Year gala was warmly held at the Sugeli Hotel, under the theme “Welcoming the New with Heart,” symbolizing bidding farewell to the past with gratitude and embracing the future with determination.

That evening, senior company leaders attended the gala, joining everyone in celebration and welcoming the Spring Festival together. At the outset of the event, Deputy General Manager Pang Jie, who oversees the Technology Center, delivered a New Year address, expressing gratitude to all colleagues for their hard work and dedication to the company and the department over the past year, and extending his heartfelt wishes to each of them.

The official performance kicked off with the song “Luzhou Moon,” a melody that evokes the moon over one’s hometown. With the Spring Festival just around the corner, its poetic rhythm stirred up homesickness in many colleagues. In the gentle, timeless landscapes of Jiangnan, where fine rain drapes the earth in endless threads, the poem “Rainy Lane” captured Suzhou’s tender grace and the region’s deep, lingering sentiment. The ever‑changing “Magic Duet” gifted us moments of pure wonder, while the creative stand‑up comedy piece “Six Six’s Best Comedian Contest” had everyone laughing and crying in equal measure. The skit “Evening News Update” offered a witty take on unconventional news reporting, and the exuberant group dance “Little Apple” sent the evening’s atmosphere soaring to a thrilling climax… Songs, recitations, dances, magic, sketches, and hilarious voice‑overs—each act followed another, dazzling and diverse, as everyone showcased their unique flair and spread joy. Between performances, engaging games kept the energy high: Who’s the Biggest Eater?, I’ll Act, You Guess, Thirsty? Have Some Tea, and Team Relay. Even the leaders in attendance joined in, interacting warmly with the audience. And the raffle drew one delightful surprise after another. Voices of song, applause, and cheers filled the air, enveloping the entire venue. In the end, the gala concluded with the heartfelt tune “Can’t Say Goodbye.” As the host put it, though we often say that when the music stops, people disperse, this time we simply can’t bring ourselves to say goodbye. Six Six is a warm, close‑knit family—where loved ones needn’t bid farewell.

The resounding success of this gala would not have been possible without the thoughtful guidance of our leaders and the concerted efforts of all our colleagues. Throughout the preparation, Director Tan of the Technology Center provided tremendous support and encouragement, while Yu Chenhui, Zhang Long, and other organizers and performers tirelessly devoted their time after work to intensify rehearsals. The event truly ensured that everyone participated and showcased their unique talents. Beyond fostering closer communication among colleagues and demonstrating the company’s care for its employees, the gala also offered a platform for each team member to shine, enriched our cultural life, and vividly reflected the corporate culture of Liuliu Company.
